Thanks for trying out the product.

If you are running zTracker inside of Plone, there are several ways you may accomplish this..

I believe what you want to do is use the Plone acl_users object to "control" users in the zTracker instance, I will defintely be paying attention to this thread as Plone integration has not been throughly tested (yet) on zTracker, but it does not mean that it cannot be done.

The first thing to do is add the zTracker instance without the zTracker "own" acl_users. If that gives you any problems then try adding the zTracker instance with the acl_users checkbox selected, and, once the zTracker instance is created, then remove the zTracker's acl_users user object.

Next, the easiest way is to add the user via the standard Plone interface (a "regular" user). I believe plone will inherit the custom roles and show them in your plone user management form, you may then assign the zTracker-specific roles to that user, I may be wrong, though.

Most likely that'll get you going with the implementation, if you have any troubles, report them back here to open a ticket and get on with the (proper) plone implementation.

Also it'll be helpful if you post what version of Plone you are using.
